【 Procedures 】
1. Please contact us via Email, phone calls, or FAX with your explanation of your VISA issues. By doing so, we shall agilely be able to reduce your stress and worries.
2. We will send you a consulting format as our reply by email, please fill in the form and send it back to us.
3. After the process of the consultation form, please visit us in the office with your documentations.
4. At the meeting, discussion of your VISA application will be made. We will officially be able to apply for the VISA to Immigration Bureau of Japan as your alternate then.
5. It usually takes about 2 months for the new applicants and 1 month for the re-new and changes. We will announce you whether your application has been accepted or declined as soon as we hear from them.
+ Before undertaking your request, half of the presumable reward has to be settled. We will make the final check after completing your issues. |

【 Significant points relating to examine Application for Certificate of Status of Residence 】
